Continuing my role as an IT Supervisor under a contract extension with PT ITDC Nusantara Utilitas, I remain responsible for overseeing IT infrastructure, network management, hardware, and software support at the Golo Mori Convention Center. My role involves ensuring the seamless operation of all events from a technical perspective by providing on-site technical support, troubleshooting systems, and managing audio-visual equipment and network connectivity. I also coordinate with external vendors for specialized technical needs and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the success of each event. This position requires meticulous planning, quick problem-solving skills, and effective communication to handle the dynamic environment and technical challenges that arise during events.

As a contracted professional at Golo Mori Convention Center, the leading convention venue in the Golo Mori area by ITDC, I ensure that all events run smoothly from an IT perspective. My responsibilities include setting up and maintaining IT infrastructure for events, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing real-time support to organizers and attendees. I manage audiovisual equipment, ensure strong network connectivity, and coordinate with external vendors for specific technical requirements. My role demands careful planning, quick problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills to engage with various stakeholders and ensure the success of each event.

Managed network, hardware, and software troubleshooting for GraPARI & GraPARI partners Telkomsel in the NTT region. My responsibilities included diagnosing and resolving network issues, maintaining hardware and software systems, and ensuring seamless connectivity. I provided technical support to staff and customers, addressing their concerns promptly and efficiently. My role demanded excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a deep understanding of network and system administration.
